In this role as Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Answer incoming calls (low volume)
- Maintain and update a log of the availability of staff
- Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/enquirers and relevant staff
- Enter new purchase orders and submit them to the manufacturer
- Order and maintain relevant office supplies
