In this role as Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Answer incoming calls (low volume)
  • Maintain and update a log of the availability of staff
  • Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers/suppliers/enquirers and relevant staff
  • Enter new purchase orders and submit them to the manufacturer
  • Order and maintain relevant office supplies
