What You Will Be Doing:
• Oversee recruitment, pension and benefits administration, payroll preparation, performance management, and health and safety
• Monitor the execution of onboarding and off-boarding processes
• Help identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes which reflect current laws, corporate values and objectives, regional culture, work environment, and employee needs
• Support the creation and execution of HR strategies, policies, procedures, and programs to sustain continued growth and retention in various regions
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development)
• Actively participate in and promote employee initiatives that maintain and enhance a positive “One Team” culture and high engagement
• Identify new opportunities to enhance the employee value proposition 

About You:
e are looking for an HR Manager with proven skills who will support the team and our continuous growth. You are a strategic thinker who takes the initiative in building and maintaining an engaged team which meets the current and future needs of our business. You have the drive and enthusiasm to develop new ideas and execute them.

What You Bring To The Table:
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field and a minimum of five years of progressive, hands-on HR experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required, preferably in a mid-size, service-based organization with multiple locations
• Possessing a CHRL or CHRP designation is an asset
• Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills 
• Ability to work confidently and enthusiastically with all levels of; an organization • Experience implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives considered an asset
