Assisting the Customer Success Manager with the onboarding & support of customers
As the first point of contact for new customers you are responsible for creating an exceptional onboarding experience for customers
Interfacing with external vendors and managing the workflow and communication between all parties
Keeping quality documentation and process flows up to date
Effectively & consistently communicating project status updates & deadlines to the customer and internal teams
Acting as support for existing customers when required
Other duties as required by management
Incredible communication skills with the ability to explain topics through both verbal and written means
Attention to detail that keeps everyone aligned and everything on schedule.
Self motivated with an energetic and upbeat personality and a desire to see everyone succeed
Results-oriented and process-driven, with high expectations of yourself and others
Organized and capable of prioritizing conflicting demands and tasks
