Full Time, 13 month Contract

Location: BC, Remote

Are you experienced in administering HR systems and programs?

 

We are now seeking to add an experienced HR Manager to our BC team on a 13 month contract basis. Reporting to the COO, this 100% remote role will be vital to maintaining and executing all human resources processes and programs for an innovative and growing company. This person will be responsible for leading and directing routine HR functions including recruiting, training, benefits programs and enforcing company policies and practices. You will have the opportunity to help shape our business, our culture, and contribute to our collective success. We require a dynamic, highly motivated, organized individual, who takes pride in their work to prosper with us.

 

What you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives

  • Monitor HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization

  • Work with managers to oversee internal employee performance

  • Management of company Disciplinary program

  • Management of Employee Benefits program

  • Maintain compliance with federal, provincial/state and local employment regulations

  • Administration of HR Management systems

 

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

  • 5+ years experience in a manager role

  • Proven experience implementing programs and policies

  • US Experience is a plus but not required

  • Construction industry experience a plus but not required
