SUMMARY

The position provides efficient administrative support, records management, and reception services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Secondary School graduation and some experience working in an office setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in records management.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite of products.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with personnel information and privacy legislation.
  • Ability to effectively communicate - both verbally and in writing.
