Aircraft Mechanics/ Technicians

TPD is currently accepting applications for Aircraft Mechanics and Technicians for both contracting and permanent positions across the United States. We are seeking Aircraft Mechanics and Technicians of all trades and of all experience levels.


TPD works with a wide array of aviation organizations on general maintenance and overhaul projects.



  • Ability to use the correct tools, methods, techniques and equipment required to perform aircraft maintenance
  • Ensure aircraft is maintained in accordance with all Manufacturers and Company recommendations and regulations
  • Candidates should be able to read and understand various schematic diagrams for maintenance troubleshooting and be proficient with computers and diagnostic tools
  • Test repaired aircraft systems and other routine maintenance work
  • Ensure both the accuracy and traceability of parts that are removed or installed on the aircraft
  • Ensure that all applicable airworthiness requirements are met
  • Perform other work assigned in a safe manner



  • Must possess strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
  • Proven working knowledge with general aircraft repair, fabrication and/or installation
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Restricted Area Identity Card or Security Clearance
  • Must be legally eligible to work in US without restriction
  • Valid A&P license or Certification Equivalent within the scope of their trade
  • Ability to travel and work remotely (up to a month)
  • Having your Own Toolbox is an Asset but not required
  • Ability to Relocate or take on Temporary Assignments is an Asset but not Required
